PrestoFood is a contactless food ordering service that you can use freely when you're dining in or ordering takeaway at a restaurant of your choice. Scan the QR code displayed at the participating restaurant and check out with multiple cashless payment methods such PrestoPay and many more.

 

 

Step 1: Scan the QR code displayed in the participating restaurant, and select whether dine in or takeaway.

Step 2: Choose items that you wish to order from the available menu, and then add to cart.

Step 3: Check out and make payment.

Step 4: Wait for your food to be ready.

No, anyone can freely use PrestoFood with stable internet connection.

Users who do not have the Presto App will be directed as a GUEST account. When you scan the restaurant’s QR code as a GUEST user, you will be required to enter your name and phone number for making payment and order tracking.

Log in Presto account for quick checkout. When you scan the restaurant’s QR code as a Presto user, your contact details on Presto will automatically be pre-generated when you make payment to complete your order.

 

 

For GUEST users who do not have Presto app, use your device camera with QR code reading function or any 3rd party QR Scan app to scan the QR code displayed.

Note: Due to technical difficulties, kindly avoid using the WeChat App scanner to scan the QR code. Thank you for your understanding.

For Presto users, tap on the scanner icon located at the top right corner of Presto app to make the scan.

 

You can check out and make payment via Debit/Credit Card, Online Banking, and various eWallet services (PrestoPay, AliPay, Boost, Touch ‘n Go & GrabPay).

A SMS  order confirmation message will be sent to your phone number after payment had been done. Click on the link provided in the SMS to keep track of your order status at the Order Details page.

Presto users who are using Presto app will be redirected to Order Details page within the app after payment by tapping on “Continue to PrestoFood” button. Presto users may also access the Order Details page via Transaction History page too.

 

Each order will be assigned a POS Ref No. When order is ready, you may collect from collection counter based on POS Ref No. shown in Order Details page. 

 

You can download an E-Receipt for your order by tapping on the “E-Receipt” button shown in Order Details page.

You can always start another order by scanning the restaurant’s QR code. 

No, your order will only be prepared and ready to be picked up at the restaurant where you placed the order.

Each restaurant has their own unique QR code to scan and place order.

 

Check with the restaurant’s staff counter with your POS Ref No shown in Order Details page to inquire further on the long wait.

If you are unable to access Order Details page or do not receive any SMS with order confirmation details (POS Ref No./ Order Number/etc.), kindly contact us at prestofoodsupport@prestouniverse.com and we will be in touch with you soonest possible.

Your unsuccessful payment might be due to the following reasons: -

  • Insufficient balance in eWallet/Bank Account
  • You have reached your transaction limits for eWallet/Credit Card/Bank Account
  • Poor internet connectivity
